Robotics Lab

The DMaF Lab supports student work and research in robotics to explore novel design and fabrication techniques in the architecture and construction industries.

This space provides staff, students and collaborators with access to robotic arms along with the expertise of our technical staff.

The Robotics Lab has Kuka and UR robotic arms available for use:

KR6 R900, KR10 R1100, KR60, KR120, LBR iiwa

UR10e, UR5e

The Robotics Lab supports robotic fabrication electives and run various fabrication sessions throughout the semester to provide an opportunity for students to design and make with the robots.
